How it works

From anonymous traffic
to a named contact

No complex setup. No week-long onboarding. Just install, resolve, and act.

1

Install the pixel

Add one script tag to your site per domain. No engineering backlog required.

2

We resolve visits

Anonymous traffic gets matched to companies and, when possible, the people behind them, plus which pages they viewed.

3

Act on the signal

Save a visitor or company as a contact and hand it to sales while the interest is still warm.

FAQ

Common questions

Everything you need to know before turning on the pixel.

Do I need a cookie banner or consent flow to use this?

Consent and privacy requirements vary by jurisdiction and by how you use XSeller. We recommend reviewing your implementation with your legal or privacy team and updating your privacy notice where required.

How accurate is the company and visitor resolution?

Accuracy varies by visit and by the available signal. Company resolution is generally broader than person-level resolution. XSeller clearly labels whether a row came from live captured traffic or a sample dataset.

What happens to visitors you can't resolve?

Unmatched visitors remain unresolved. XSeller shows a clear resolution status rather than turning weak signals into false positives.

What data do you actually collect on visitors?

For resolved contacts, XSeller shows available business context such as company, name, job title, seniority, department, and the pages viewed.

Can I track more than one domain?

Yes. You can track as many domains as you need in one workspace, with a separate pixel for each domain.
