If a website visitor originates from outside the United States, their IP address, cookie signals, or browser data cannot be matched by our resolution engine. Such visits remain completely unresolved, un-enriched, and anonymous. XSeller does not track, profile, or retain identifiable data on non-US residents.

A. Information Provided Directly by Account Holders & Users
We collect information you provide when creating an account, requesting information, communicating with us, or using XSeller, including:

3. Identity Resolution & Service Provider Boundary
XSeller helps corporate customers identify business visitors browsing their websites to enable business-to-business (B2B) outreach.
Cookies, pixels, hashed identifiers, IP-derived information, and technical signals are used to associate a website visit with a professional business contact. Identity resolution is probabilistic and deterministic; it is not guaranteed, and many visits remain unresolved.
The Isolated Silo Boundary
Resolved visitor data is delivered exclusively to the specific XSeller customer whose website was visited. XSeller does not pool visitor information into a shared contributor graph, nor do we disclose one customer’s visitor analytics to another customer.
Service Provider Status (CCPA/CPRA)
When processing website visitor data on behalf of our clients via the XSeller tracking technology, XSeller operates strictly as a Service Provider (or Data Processor) under applicable US privacy laws. We process visitor data solely to fulfill our contractual obligations to our customers and do not use customer visitor data for independent commercial purposes.
Customer Notice Responsibilities
Our customers are contractually required to maintain lawful privacy policies on their websites, provide appropriate notices regarding third-party tracking, and respect opt-out choices required in their jurisdictions.
4. How We Use Information

- Professional Advisers: Attorneys, auditors, insurers, and accountants where necessary for legal compliance or corporate governance.
- Legal Authorities: Regulatory or law enforcement agencies when legally required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law.
- Corporate Successors: Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, or bankruptcy proceeding involving AI Missing Links LLC.
We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. To the extent that sharing B2B identity signals with customers under privacy definitions constitutes a "sale" or "sharing" under state privacy frameworks (such as CCPA/CPRA), users may exercise opt-out rights as detailed below.
